Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Expenses:

Please note that return expenses for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, simply contact us at team@fashionaddikt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
